This auntie Anne's was offering a promotion that sold coupons for their pretzels at checkout, but then when we came back to the exact same location to use the coupons they refused to accept them. Now I have to contact my credit card company to try to get refunded but since it's been over 30 days I don't know if I'll be able to. At best this is bad business and we'll never go back at worst it seems like it should be illegal. However it was brought to my attention that it could have been from rogue employees instead of the actual business, but that just means you still should be extra careful. Stay away or be careful even if their pretzels are delicious.July 01, 2016
